Delivery time to the United Kingdom varies from 5 to 7 days after payment confirmation.

Tracking codes take 2 to 4 business days to be sent to you, the customer.

We will refund the value of purchases that are lost or that exceed 90 days after payment confirmation for delivery.

Delivery time varies depending on the speed of the delivery personnel, but usually takes between 5 and 7 days on average. The final delivery deadline is up to 10 business days.

After the stipulated deadline, we recommend that you contact the postal service to clarify the reason for the delay.

If the postal service does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers.

Confirming that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase immediately after these verification steps.

It is important that you provide the means for the delivery to be completed at the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will have to pick up the order at a post office near your address. Storage fees are charged if the package is not picked up within 7 consecutive days. The fee amount depends on the weight/volume of the product.

Our product exchange policy applies to our store.

All our products have a warranty to provide the customer with complete security regarding the purchased products, issued against manufacturing defects.

We also exchange products that arrived different from what the customer ordered.

If you receive a product from us with a manufacturing defect or different from what you ordered, follow these steps to make an exchange:

Inform our team about the problem via email, sending clear photos of the defective product or the wrong product you received, within 3 days of receipt.

Please note, we will not make exchanges or refunds after this period.

Your complaint will be analyzed within a maximum of 2 business days and, if the problem is confirmed, we will contact you via email and you can choose one of the following alternatives:

Receive a refund of the amount paid.

Receive a new product identical to the one ordered.

Receive a product of similar value.

Receive a coupon with the value of the product to use on future purchases.

We do not exchange products that are the wrong size for the customer: We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products to avoid errors in size selection.

According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to make exchanges due to consumer regret regarding color, size, model, or any other reason. The right guaranteed to the customer by the consumer protection code is to make exchanges only in the case of defective products.
