Delivery time to the United Kingdom varies from 5 to 7 days after payment confirmation.

Tracking codes take 2 to 4 business days to be sent to you, the customer.

We will refund the value of purchases that are lost or that exceed 90 days after payment confirmation for delivery.

Delivery time varies depending on the speed of the delivery personnel, but usually takes between 5 and 7 days on average. The final delivery deadline is up to 10 business days.

After the stipulated deadline, we recommend that you contact the postal service to clarify the reason for the delay.

If the postal service does not have your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers.

Confirming that there is a problem with the logistics of your order, we will issue a FULL refund of your purchase immediately after these verification steps.

It is important that you provide the means for the delivery to be completed at the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will have to pick up the order at a post office near your address. Storage fees are charged if the package is not picked up within 7 consecutive days. The fee amount depends on the weight/volume of the product.
