Tracking codes take 2 to 4 business days to be sent to you, the customer.

It is important that you provide the means for the delivery to be completed at the address registered in your order. After 3 (three) proven delivery attempts, you will have to pick up the order at a post office near your address. Storage fees are charged if the package is not picked up within 7 consecutive days. Your complaint will be analyzed within a maximum of 2 business days and, if the problem is confirmed, we will contact you via email and you can choose one of the following alternatives:

Receive a refund of the amount paid.

Receive a new product identical to the one ordered.

Receive a product of similar value.

Receive a coupon with the value of the product to use on future purchases.

We do not exchange products that are the wrong size for the customer: We provide the measurements in centimeters of our products to avoid errors in size selection.
